The expansion of Factory 2, located at 94 Namhaean-daero, Yongnam-myeon, has been completed. This expansion, which added a seafood processing line to the existing automatic tray packaging facility, has increased the space available for producing prepared foods such as gratins and oyster cutlets.

Factory 2 is ideally situated right by the sea, making it convenient for receiving and processing raw materials. With Cream Oyster Gratin receiving the Korea Food Award in 2021 and the establishment of a product development team in 2024, the number of new processed food products has increased. However, expanding further with the existing facilities was challenging. This expansion is a strategic decision to overcome that limitation.

The new line processes oysters that have passed through a blanching belt line, applies sauce, and automatically packages them into trays, all within a single building. The reduced travel distance between the raw material and cooking processes has also simplified temperature management. We will introduce the expanded range of production items in this magazine as they become ready.
