Given that sales were 25 billion KRW in 2017, the company&#8217;s scale has nearly doubled in just six years.<\/p>\n<p>This is largely due to the fact that we are no longer a company that only sells raw oysters. It is the result of expanding our product range and sales channels to include fresh oysters, half-shell oysters, and frozen oysters, as well as processed foods like the Cream Oyster Gratin\u2014which won the 2021 Korea Food Awards\u2014and seafood such as scallops, mussels, and fresh fish, along with online sales through Dongpirang Mall. While oysters are often considered a winter business, the addition of processed foods has allowed our factories to remain operational even during the off-season.<\/p>\n<p>Numbers are merely results, and to maintain this scale next year, the organization must evolve accordingly. Next year, we intend to focus on establishing dedicated teams for product development and international sales channels.
